Billy Is Back

The other day, I arrived safely to a nearby city where I pursue my studies. The travel was a bit long and tiring but it's good to be back to my second home. Today, there are a lot of things I have to accomplish, like cleaning my room, washing some clothes, tidying my study table and paying some bills I left unpaid since the last vacation. I also need to photocopy some resource materials for the upcoming midterm examinations. There's really a lot of things to do right now. With all the things I have to do, the idea that vacation is over has finally sink in my mind. Hahahaha! This afternoon I'll have my first class. Whaaat?!! I still don't feel like going to school, to be honest. But I will go. Can't afford to make another absense from class.hehhehehe.

Billy On Blogging and Studies

Since Vacation is over and School is back, student bloggers will definitely have a hard time once again balancing blogging and schooling. It's hard to stop refrain from facing your computer when your heart just tells you to open it and get your fingers hitting the keyboard. If you love blogging, its hard to stay away from it. Sometimes it could cause you to neglect your studies which is bad. Because in every way you look at it, school should be a priority.

Your love for blogging should not be an impediment to your studies. If it starts to cause you to not study or fail to do your assignments, you are in serious trouble and you need a lot of discipline on yourself. Blogging can be addicting and the internet can turn into an obsession. You need to have focus. You need to set your priorities. If setting a time schedule for studies and blogging will be helpful to you then do it. If you'd rather take control of your time without fix schedules then its fine as long as you can stick with it. Blogging and internet hopping should be done only during leisure time. It all boils down to one thing, self discipline and you alone can nurture this trait within yourself!

Weight Loss Diet Help

Health is very important. My ears may run deaf sometimes hearing the same quotation over and over again “Health is wealth”. But that’s the truth. Your riches are nothing if you are sick. A beggar’s greatest wealth could be his health.

If you are physically unfit you are not healthy. If you are fat you need to lose weight. The dangers brought about by fatness or obesity are alarming- heart disease, diabetes and cancer among other things. Also the ridicule of some people who could mock you for your physical appearance. Good thing there are weight loss diet programs that anyone can turn to. But different individuals have different needs. One diet plan may not suit you. So its better to compare these diet and weight loss programs first. You can find a good comparison of diet plans|weight loss programs, such as medifast, nutrisystem, weight watchers and more at Weight Loss Diet Help. The site also lists down discount coupons and promotions for these diet programs, useful weight loss tips, diet ideas, health and nutrition suggestions. The site is a complete resource not only for those who want to lose weight but to everyone in general.

A very interesting article about health that caught my attention at this site is "Easy Tips to Lose One Pound a Week". It explains how easy and realizable it is to lose a pound a week by simply downsizing your meal by one fourth or trading soda to a diet soda. Take down 500 calories a day is an initial step to losing weight. The article provides figures so you will understand how to succeed in losing a pound a week. This is very helpful indeed.

If you are battling with a weight or diet problem, act on it. Don’t let fatness or obesity ruin your life.
