So RTO Is Big Industry

Have you heard of RTO? Yes, it stands for Rent to Own. I’ve heard of this before but it’s not a common thing to hear or see on television and in radios. It’s not a famous industry. And I suppose many of you don’t even know about it. So, I never thought it’s such a big industry nowadays, generating $6.6 billion every year. That’s right, $6.6 billion annually.

RTO or Rent to Own means you rent something, computer perhaps and then you have the option to buy it. With thousands of stores venturing into this kind of business as you will find in the rent-a-center franchise information, no wonder this industry is such a hit!

Since it’s a growing, huge industry, if I were a billionaire I’d think about investing in aRAC franchise .And Why not? There’s a huge potential for this industry. But am not a billionaire, not even a millionaire. Duh! But I’d still read about RTO and take a look at aaron's franchise information. Who knows I’ll win the lottery! I wish!

Starting My Own Business

Good News to me!

I finally have the finances to start my own buy and sell business! Hurray!

Okay, my money at the moment is not so big because I don't earn, am just a new graduate, but it's enough to start a business. I always want to be the boss and not the employee. To be the master and not the slave. You know what I mean by that.

I plan to buy and sell gadgets. It's going to be a trial and error and there are a lot of risks involve. But if you won't take risks you won't succeed in life. So wish me luck and oh a lot of it.

Learning Pottery

Pottery is a great hobby but it takes a skillful hand, an imaginative mind and a lot of practice to master it. I know a little about pottery. When I was still young, I kept visiting an uncle who knows pottery. He may not be the best at it but he lets me experience it. I like the feeling of the wet clay as I try to mold it into a shape I want. Pottery is fun and it’s relaxing. It brings out the artistic side in me.

I did learn a lot from those short pottery sessions I had with my uncle. I’d like to continue learning pottery. This desire to learn pottery is awaken in me because I happened to visit AMACO’s website. It’s a website about pottery, pottery products like low fire glazes, ceramic pottery kilns, liquid glazes. The terms may sound technical though, because pottery is really not a popular hobby.

Whether or not I pursue this hobby on pottery is just a matter of time.

Chocolate Cravings

Do you get this chocolate cravings? That feeling of wanting to eat chocolates. I have this cravings now. A friend gave me some bars of chocolates, ah well plenty. I've been reserving these for next week because I intend to give some to my other friends. But guess what I keep eating piece by piece, bit by bit every single day. The results, increased weight, some minor headaches and almost totally consumed chocolates. Now what will I give to my friends? I guess i will have to buy a few for them. Aah! I can't help eating chocolates. It's so delicious.

Free Digital Radio Service

Music washes away from the soul the dust of everyday life. Most people like music. I can’t imagine life without music or radio. Just the thought of it is alarming.

Anyway, there’s a free digital radio service available in the US. You got it right, it’s free, no monthly cost. With this, you can access numerous fm and am stations, listen to songs, listen to music, free of charge. You can enjoy new country music stations without spending additional money.

This just proves that there are still good things in life that are free. Noteworthy of mention is the Polk Audio I-sonic ES2. It’s got iTunes tagging feature which allows you to tag a song in your HD radio for easy access and even download via iTunes. Curious? Well, again HD Radio is free but to enjoy it you must have a radio with built in HD Radio receiver.

If you avail this free digital radio service you will get additional features such as text on the screen, that is artist name and song time of the radio screen, access local news and new local radio channel and more.

Imagine this, with your normal radio you are limited to a few stations, few songs, few news. Why settle for less when you could get more without spending a dime.

I’m telling my friends in Florida about this great service and where to get a HD Radio receiver so that they can experience Florida High Definition Radio stations.

Preparing for Graduation

Today is a tiring day for me.. i am preparing for my graduation. I need to buy the clothes for graduation, etc. We are also doing some repainting in the room to give a fresh new look. It's such a busy day. But we're coping well. A little delayed with our schedules as we intend to finish everything today but we'll get there soon.

I am Graduating With Honors!

I am still in shock!

I just learned yesterday that I am one of the honor students in school! WOW! It's complete surprise. I am still in a state of disbelief because I am one of those students who absent from classes anytime I want. I sometimes even attend classes only during examinations. I also blog and you know that so I've got other things in mind other than school.Blogging for one has become an addiction not just a mere hobby so to still make it to the honors list despite all of these, I must be so blessed.

Happy! Oh I am so Happy!
Mom and dad will go the stage again to award my medal. It's been since elementary that they're doing that. Am I smart to make it despite the less effort I put in? I don't want to sound like am bringing my own chair. But God is good and He works in mysterious ways. He is so good to bless me and constantly make me an honor student from elementary up to now. Thank you LORD!

I'm inviting you all to my graduation! lol..
So long guys, its too early in the morning.

Protect Your Eyes This Summer

Summer is almost here. Most of us have plans already on where to spend our summer vacation. Summer is a hot season, however, so if there are two things we shouldn’t leave without, these are sun block and sun glasses. We need to protect ourselves from the harmful and damaging effects of the ravaging sun. The sun can damage our skin and eyes. Speaking of sunglasses, just how effective are your sunglasses in protecting your eyes? A word of advice, never buy sunglasses simply because it looks good on you. Always consider the purpose first that is to protect your eyes, then the design and the look follows. You can try out Replica Sunglasses from CTS Wholesale Sunglasses as it is already an established brand in the market. You can choose from a variety of sunglasses according to your needs. You can get one for sports activities, you can get kids sunglasses for your children and of course one for the summer beach fun!

Money Spent Rather Unwisely

Today I was calculating all my expenses the other time I went to do a little shopping. I bought a new mattress, some new bedroom accessories and a new pants. I also ate in a restaurant and bought some other stuffs. I was surprised to find out I have very little money left in my drawer's box. I have sort of mini box which contains my money, my passbook and my atm and visa cards. I spent a few thousands over the past days. Wheew! That was money gone almost unnoticed. When you buy things today and buy another one tomorrow you won't notice the money gone until you make an audit of your total expenses. I am a bit worried about how I spend my money lately. But some needs just really come out and they are needs so there's no way to avoid them. So long guys..

Vacation This Summer!

Summer is only days away. Where do you intend to spend your summer vacation? In the family we always tend to go somewhere every summer. Oftentimes it’s a resort that we go to where we spend time with each other and with nature.

I have been thinking of traveling to a different country to spend my summer vacation. I found Superclubs all inclusive resorts. It caught my attention. Just take a look at the photo below.

Who wouldn’t be mesmerized by this luxurious, beautiful place? Just from the photos it looks like heaven to me. I’d like to avail of this all inclusive jamaica. Jamaica is the most popular tourist destiination int he Caribbean so I really want to see it's beauty.

There are a lot of resorts to choose from in Jamaica. There are about nine of these all inclusive jamaica resorts. This one is a favorite- the Negril Beach Villa. It's so homy so fresh. And have a look at the picture again. Staying in there would definitely make me feel relax and a million richer. I can't wait to see this beautiful place.

Cake Lessons

Today I will be learning how to bake a cake.. I love eating cakes but I don't know how to make one for myself. I always end up buying cakes or going to a nearby cake store to eat the cake I want. But this time a friend will head over to the house to teach just how to make a delicious Black Forest cake. I am all set actually. I am just waiting for my friend. I am so excited and why is she late?

Good Finds: Warehousing and Distribution Solution for Business

If you have a business, an online store perhaps, then this article will help you. Managing a business especially one that is focused on selling like an online store is not easy. You will have to think of the product you will be selling, the marketing strategy you will be employing and when you get orders you need to have a mechanism that will take care of the bulk order processing and the shipping etc.

Not only that, for instance you are selling clothes, you need to consider having an automated warehouse for all your products and a rel="nofollow" wholesale clothing distributor as well. Do I sound like the professor in Economics? (lol) So anyway, to aid you in your business you need someone that will back you up. Consider a company like GDF Fulfillment Solution which is focused on warehousing and storage, bulk order processing, shipping, client portal and even mail house services. A striking feature of GDF is it’s 99.9996% accuracy when it comes to shipping. You should focus on this angle because you don’t want to lose customers. GDF can certainly help you in your business. You can also make it your wholesale clothing distributor if you need one.

Okay, you might not consider getting help at this point in time where you are just starting but mind you setting up a business no matter how small it is, is hard and it gets harder as your business grows.

Good Watches

Do you have an obsession of watches? A friend of mine is like a celebrity when it comes to watches. She's got too many of them in different colors, and in different design and style. But she is a girl so I suppose most girls are like her. Watches are a good fashion accessory. They can accessorize a boring attire and make it look better. That's why I never leave my watch with me anywhere I go. It's an indicator of time and a fashion statement as well. At least at home I have about 3 watches which I interchangeably use. Some of the really beautiful watches that I think every person would want to have is that bearing the brand patek philippe. The patek phillipe watches are expensive but they are so gorgeous, chic and stylish. Take for instance this patek made watch priced at over $200,000.

I know it's expensive and it is a luxury but if you have the means to buy these kind of watches and you really like it then it's your choice. But am sure with the quality, style and design coupled with proper care, this kind of watch will last for years and may even be handed down to the next generation. For now I can only look at these type of watches but I won't stop dreaming of getting one like this for myself in the near future.
