Out Looking for Wifi Site

I've been hunting hot spots lately where I can get free internet access. I've gone to quite a few places and still haven't found a good hot spot where I can open my laptop and start surfing. I feel like my City is too far behind technological development. I think ill have to wait another 10 years before I can get this kind of luxury in terms of free internet access just about anywhere and anytime.
